Today is National Garlic Day! How are you celebrating? I honestly had no idea until I started looking for a topic this week. I happen to really love garlic (and most alliums) and when asked if there’s enough garlic in something my knee-jerk answer is, “No.” I have some growing in the garden right now and had a really good patch established at our old house. I’m hoping to get the same here. I just may bake a head today for spreading on toast as a special treat.
