The 3/30 Day Thread Recommends this Ramen

Nongshim Shin Black is my favorite instant ramen. I probably eat too much of it, but it’s just so delicious! The beef bone broth is rich and a little creamy, and it has the perfect level of spice. This means it’s just spicy enough to clear my sinuses but not so hot that it burns. In my experience, a good instant ramen is one that comes with multiple packets. This is not scientific, but it feels true. To truly elevate this ramen, I recommend adding a soft-boiled egg. To get the perfect egg, boil water, very carefully add the egg, and boil for 6 minutes and 40 seconds exactly. Then transfer to a bowl of ice water. Also, I only cook the ramen for 4 minutes, so the noodles are firm. If you’ve never eaten this ramen, give it a try!
