Again. Even though it’s for work, it feels like a vacation to take a step back from the daily grind that is taking care of my dad. But good news ( albeit maybe temporary, thanks to the incoming administration)! I got approved by the VA to get paid by for that work. After this last week where two caregivers failed to show up and failed to give us notice, I’m definitely earning that money.
