”Turtles Have Short Legs” is a song by the mighty CAN. Released as the B-side to their 1971 single edit release of “Halleluhwah”, it remained out of print until it appeared on the 2017 CAN compilation The Singles. While it might seem like a bit of a throwaway in comparison to much of the material released during the band’s peak Mooney/Suzuki years, I’d argue that in an ideal world this would have made for a fun little Top 10 single.
