As our Black History Month-themed 30 Day Challenge comes to a close, I wanted to send a huge thanks to Blue Adept for posting these threads for me, and to everyone for stopping by to read, comment, or upvote. I hope these threads were fun and inspired you to check out a new film or show you hadn’t heard of, scratch one off your watchlist, or revisit an old favorite. Of course, there are far too many amazing Black actors to fit into just one month, so it’d be great to use today’s thread to chat about any other Black actors we didn’t get a chance to cover, or any other thoughts about this month’s challenge. The floor is yours!
We’ve been running this challenge since May 2020 as part of our way to distract ourselves during the pandemic and it continues on. This month is working with questions supplied by one of our site members as I personally needed a break from all the heavy thinking after doing 12 months of them! We’ve got a couple of months in the hopper ahead, but if you’re interested in coming up with the questions and having me do the hard work of setting it all up, we’re definitely interested as we look toward the next year.
