Last week saw the release of Absolute Carnage #1 and the cover price for this issue was $7.99.

Now it had a higher page count than your average comic book but STILL!
When I was 10 years old back in 1992, the average comic book price was $1.00.
Recent comic prices have gone as high as $5.99 an issue.
What price is too much for a newly released comic book?
