So…there’s this lion, okay? He’s like the second son of Simba, Kion. And he’s the head of The Lion Guard, which Scar was also the head of once.
Scar had this roar. This like supernatural roar. And he used it to kill his teammates when they refused to help him overthrow Mufasa. And he seriously KILLED them, even though this story is part of a preschool show.
So after Scar became a midnight snack for the hyenas, Scar went to Hell. Okay, they don’t call it Hell. They call it “the place bad lions go.” So Lion Hell.
There are these hyenas. They get fed up with the lions being the bosses of them and having them banished to the outlands, and long for a return to Scar’s controversial pro-immigration for hyenas program. And they aren’t the same hyenas who ate Scar. I don’t think they even know Scar was eaten, since they’re convinced that Scar remained loyal to the hyenas. They want Scar back!
So they perform this ritual. It’s like this Satanic ritual. They don’t call it one, but it is one. They perform and then Scar is brought back from Hell. He emerges in a flame of smoke and becomes a giant floating head of flame and terror.
And, like, I’m not making any of this shit up. A bunch of hyenas summoned a being from Hell from a volcano, and it happened on the Disney Channel.
