The prediction of yet another Snowmageddon® for the weekend lead to reports of people mobbing local grocery stores on Friday. I waited until the snow was over Saturday and then went shopping and had the store pretty much all to myself and it was well-stocked, no shortages here. With the bounty I hauled home we made an avgolemono soup and a spinach pie. Good hearty foods and leftovers from both will be eaten happily for the next couple of days.
