Congrats to the winners of the Boston Marathon, Yuki Kawauchi and Desiree Linden, and to everyone else who safely finished the run in miserable conditions (including sideways rain). Linden is the first American woman to win the event in 33 years. Kawauchi is an amateur runner who works full time as a school administrator. He also ran a half-marathon last month in a panda costume.
