What’s the most popular Halloween costume of the year according to Google searches? No, it’s not Freaky Nikki. No, it’s not Pirate Clark. It’s not even the police dog from PAW Patrol. It’s Buddy! Unfortunately, there is no licensed costume for the evil unicorn, so fans are having to get creative. Heck, if you search for “Buddy Halloween costumes” when shopping, you’re going to get “Buddy the SuperKitty” from Disney’s Superkitties, a show which, as far as I’m aware, has no children being eaten alive in it. There is also this website for those desperate to get their Buddy fix, but I’m not sure if the stuff here is actually real or if it is just an elaborate scam.
But hey, if you can’t dress up as Buddy himself, then maybe you can disguise yourself as Couchy. Couchy is a sofa. Not much is known about him, except that I’m assuming he loves being sat on, which is a good thing taking into account just how massive Buddy’s orange butt is. So if you want to be sat on at the Halloween party this year, well, you can’t do any better than your old pal Couchy! Also, I’m pretty sure Buddy credits himself with inventing the moonwalk. Cheeky bastard.
