Today we celebrate Boxing Day, so named because it’s traditionally the day on which family members had fistfights over the last of the holiday baked goods. In my case, it’s fruitcake cookies and buche de noel. I’m excited to hear what leftovers everyone is planning on throwing down for today. No matter how uncivil things may get in front of the microwave, remember, none of that here. Here, we will be nice to each other, we will be nice to the mods, and we will not threaten Mayor McSquirrel. Wait, there’s leftover dressing, too. Okay, if Mayor McSquirrel comes for the dressing, all bets are off, but otherwise, keep it civil.
