Remember that dude I mentioned (who won the NYC democratic primary to become Mayor of one of the biggest, richest cities in the world) has again won the whole full general election to finally become Mayor!
A massive victory for progressive politics.1something that is already reshaping UK politics with the Green party’s Zach Polanski’s recent meteoric rise in popularity. Whose admitted to using Mamdani as a template for how to push a progressive agenda. As opposed to Reform’s regressive fear mongering Something PoC are all too aware tends to be a vital issue for us.

As if the UK wouldn’t be completely “challenged” with a Reform government by oh, I dunno the actual examples of the clusterfuck fires that are actual Reform led councils atm 🙄🤦🏾♀️. They don’t have any real policies except go after black & brown people! Gee whizz I can’t see why… looks at top news item & CEO’s (who get paid hundreds of times more than their workers) making interesting comments 🙄

I dunno y’all. Reform are looking to pull an ICE over here in the UK & the media is being very helpful. Even Mamdani’s win came out to 50% against serially alleged sexual harasser Andrew Cuomo’s 40% (in “liberal” NYC 🤦🏾♀️).
Still Zohran’s positivity is infectious! Let us hope so is progressive politics!
