The final boss faced hand-to-hand, as it were, by Dash Rendar in the Shadows of the Empire game is a Gladiator Droid in Prince Xizor’s palace on Coruscant. Unlike the Loader Droid from an earlier level, this one is designed for battle, and a much more challenging foe. It has an interesting, three-tiered breakdown: first Dash faces the Gladiator’s full body; then its floating torso, sans-legs; and finally, only the head. The confrontation takes place in a room with a maze on the floor.

After this, Dash takes to the sub-orbital skies around Coruscant in his ship, the Outrider, and ultimately must destroy Xizor’s Skyhook–imagine a smaller Cloud City, connected to the planet by a tether–to win the game.
