In the most recent Pluggers thread I plugged the SFT (no surprise there). In my post I mentioned that I’m open to suggestions for themes and forget_it_jake suggested casseroles with a request for new recipes, so here we are. If you have a new spin on the Thanksgiving green bean/mushroom soup/fried onion favorite or think it’s a form of perfection that can’t be improved let us know. If you have some region specific casserole tell us about it and give us a recipe. Want to stretch the definition of a casserole? By all means do so, and show your work!
