With October winding down and Halloween on the horizon, I recommend Critters as a movie to watch during the 31 days of horror.

Released in 1986, Critters stars Dee Wallace, M Emmet Walsh, Billy Green Bush, Scott Grimes, and Nadine Van Der Velde. 

Also, keep your eyes peeled for a young Billy Zane, the Extra Gold Colonel!

Synopsis: A group of small, furry aliens makes lunch out of the locals in a farming town.

This was another one of those movies I discovered on VHS back when I was a little kid.

Critters ranks up there with other creature features like Gremlins and Ghoulies.
