Sarah Millican is the funniest thing to come out of the North east of England since, well, Ross Noble is funny too so that’s not a huge time span. Anyway, she’s funny.

She’s several other F-words, feisty, feminist and a bit filthy. She created Standard Issue magazine which is now a podcast available wherever podcasts come from. Her mission statement was “I propose an altogether new kind of woman’s magazine. One for all women.One where no woman feels bad or inadequate when reading it. One with no celebrity tittle tattle, no photoshopping, no calorie counting, no cellulite-circling. Just honest , good and funny journalism”

Which she did. Which is the best thing about her. She decided to do stuff and did it. Which works for most things, give ’em a shot. It might not work…but it might.
