Sure, this is a real niche artist to give the header image to – especially when Cat Power is dropping an album today, but, look, Swearin’ is back. Swearin’ is the punk band of Allison Crutchfield (sharing vocals as well with Kyle Gilbride) and the first since their 2013 album, Surfing Strange, and their 2015 breakup. It’s also the first album Allison has put out since here disappointing solo debut – so, very happy to have some new music from them, happy for ‘Crutchfields Gonna’ Crutch’ to be a thing again.
