Celebrities Are Trying to Get Ivanka Trump’s Attention by Flooding Her Instagram Again

Last night, celebrities flooded Ivanka Trump’s feed with letters about child separation.
Let’s get some facts out of the way:
The Trump admin has been separating children from their parents who illegally came here. Trump eventually supposedly reversed this practice. Ivanka recently did an interview where she stated this policy was a low point for her and the administration. The Instagram letter basically said the practice of separating children is still happening. There really wasn’t more to it.
The comments in response were as you can imagine the biggest digression from intelligence I have ever seen.
Disheartening.
