Food Thread goes Condimental 2/25

What’s your favorite condiment? Is there one you absolutely can’t live without, and are there any you can’t stomach under any circumstances?

The definition in the link is pretty broad, it covers things I would consider seasonings or ingredients first and foremost but I suppose the term is somewhat depending on how the item is used. For our purposes I propose that we leave things like salt & pepper in their own category, but maybe spice blends for shaking on fries and whatnot are fair game. The photo is of the bottom door shelf of my fridge and the usual suspects are represented, bookended by some dairy items. I suppose the whup cream on the right would be considered a condiment according to the liked definition. There’s a cilantro chutney behind the ketchup and giardiniera behind the mustard.
