INT. VON CLEEF FAMILY MANSION – PEACHES’ BEDROOM – NIGHT
PEACHES is looking at old photos of Petunia, dabbing her eyes with a miniature handkerchief. NOEL KAHN stands facing the wall in total silence, as he always does when off-duty. Suddenly, a creaking sound from the corner.
Close-up on Peaches as she turns toward the sound, startled. Before she can leap to the attack, a zoo tranquilizer dart pierces her neck.
While she lays on the bed, a MASKED FIGURE emerges from the closet. The figure shoots Noel, then throws the sleeping ape out the fourth-floor window.
The masked figure turns, frowning, at the sound of a struggle nearby. CUT TO SECOND FLASHBACK SEQUENCE:
INT. VON CLEEF FAMILY MANSION – NURSERY – NIGHT
FLAXON stands in the middle of an unused baby nursery, rocking a baby doll she seems to believe is real. She has torn out all of her own hair.
FLAXON
Hush, little baby, don’t say a word –
Flaxon’s lullaby cuts off as a HOODED FIGURE slips in through the window.
FLAXON
Shh! Get out! The baby is sleeping!
HOODED FIGURE
…You mean the doll? Maybe this will be easier than I thought.
The hooded figure takes out a carving knife. Flaxon starts to giggle like a little girl.
FLAXON
My son died today. The only child I ever had. They said 15 was too young to be a mother. They took him away from me. They named him Chase.
(suddenly screaming)
HIS NAME WAS REGGIE!
She pauses to collect herself.
FLAXON
I didn’t recognize Reg until he was taking his last breath. You shouldn’t have come here tonight. You don’t know what a mother is capable of… once her baby is gone.
The hooded figure stabs Flaxon in the heart. Flaxon slowly pulls the knife out of her own chest – and, as she collapses, shoves it deep into the figure’s leg.
HOODED FIGURE
Fuck! You’re crazier than me, Flaxon, and I escaped from a goddamn asylum!
FLAXON
There’s your mistake. Flaxon’s not here anymore. Flaxon’s gone.
With her last breath, Flaxon grins a maniacal grin.

Rules:
The Outcasts know each other’s identities and share a private chat. The Escaped Asylum Inmate works alone and also kills one player per night one player every other night.
The Troubled Cop may investigate the alignment of one player per night. The Sexy Doctor may choose one player to treat per night. If that player was targeted by either the Outcasts or the Inmate, they are saved from death, but cannot use their night action while hospitalized.
A player’s faction (and any extra roles) will be revealed upon death. Dead players can make farewell ghost-posts, but should not discuss game-related things or upvote game-related theories.
